ONLINE ORDERS

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

Goods supplied by Frankly Alpacas to customers remain our property until paid for in full by the customer.

E-GIFT CARDS

E-Gift cards bought via our online gift shop can be redeemed for purchases directly using the unique code. It cannot be used against alpaca experiences purchased via our main site or in third party outlets. The card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 
 

You can use the card in part payment for Products of a higher value. 

Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Unused balances cannot be converted into cash.
 

RETURNS

Frankly Alpacas is happy to accept returns of unwanted items. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. 
 

A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. It is important that you return the products promptly so we are able to carry out the refund within 14 days of receipt.
 

We don't process returns for items that are returned damaged or defective. When returning items you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to Frankly Alpacas unless the item in question is sent to you damaged or defective. 

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. In the event of failure to return any item to Frankly Alpacas within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they am not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. 

Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
